-Lunch service is 12pm–5.15pm Friday to Sunday and dinner service is 5.30pm onwards
-This experience is not available on Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day and Valentine's Day
-Please note that Friday and Saturday evening booking reservations can only be made within 48 hours prior to the experience (availability for dinner on Friday and Saturday is released at 9am on Wednesday and Thursday respectively of that week)
-A discretionary 12.5% service charge will be added to your bill
The View from The Shard:
- Minimum age: 4 years old
- You do not need to book The Shard experience, but please note that weekends/peak times can be very busy and you may be required to queue/allow extra time for this experience to avoid disappointment
- Opening hours are typically Sunday–Wednesday 10am–7pm and Thursday–Saturday 10am–10pm, with last entry an hour before closing, but please check The Shard's website before your visit
Please note, there is no maximum group size at The View from The Shard.
