Important Details
Due to the constrained footprint of the pods, there isn't a suitable turning circle for guests using wheelchairs. There are multiple options across the Resort's Accommodation, an alternative would be an Accessible Woodland Lodge located in the Enchanted Village.
Please note: if a Bed & Breakfast package is booked, Theme Park tickets are not included in the package. 1-day or 2-day Theme Park tickets can be added to the booking during the Upgrades stage.
Please note: a £50 hold on a debit or credit card will be required upon arrival at the accommodation. A £10 deposit is required for the Stargazing Pod keys.

Stargazing Pods are available on the following dates: 1st June – 31st August, 5th, 12th, 19th and 26th September, 3rd, 10th October, 16th – 31st October 2020
1-day Theme Park ticket can be used on either day of your stay (subject to Park opening) – please check our opening times before arrival.
2-day Theme Park entry must be used on consecutive days as part of your stay. 2-day Theme Park entry does not apply to themed weekends. Offer subject to change and availability.
Please note that due to the constrained footprint of the pods, they cannot accommodate cots.
